 Pos. or Neg. to use VPN ????
I've just bought Amazon Ghost and am reading it repeatedly. I thought i had come up with a good system in my mind. .
1) Create a virtual system on my computer. Install new OS, and change up the time zone. Add a different user agent, a few plugins, etc. . . basically create a new fingerprint for the machine. Check the mac addresses of the new machine and be sure the computer mac address is different, if not change it.
2) Get a VPN and run that virtual machine through the VPN.
Seems pretty basic, although after reading up some recent horror stories i see its not so simple. I also read a few statements about how Amazon doesn't like VPN's, but in Ghost its saying VPN is good.
Can i get some thoughts on what will happen if i use this method? If you've seen a ban using this method, how do you think you are being tracked? What info is passing through the VPN? If you use a router to connect to the vpn . is the router mac address able to get leaked?
Also has anyone used a remote desktop? I can't imagine how two account can be linked via different IPs, different hardware MAC addresses, etc.
