how to get Neutral feedback removed from Amazon?
 

I have had all positive reviews on amazon so far,
The other day some women said she didn't want the product after she got it,
I said sent it back and i will refund you,
So it came back and i refunded her and all,
Today she left me a Neutral feedback saying what i sold her was a ⊗⊗⊗⊗,
Which is was not at all, This will ruin my business if people read this,
Is there any way of getting this removed of what,

as long as the feedback is not a personal attack, or a product review, your stuck with the neutral. I would try and bribe her into removing, or changing the feedback. Explain to her in a subtle, and not aggresive way that you only sell authentic items, and perhaps there was a misunderstanding, and for her inconvenience you will send her a small gift, amazon gift card, or CASH to edit the feedback. It works for me every time. Even tho I am an ethical seller, and these scumbags will destroy your reputation, this is the cost of doing business to keep you up and running without Amazon all in your grill. Good luck Amigo.

She is the only person who can remove feedback in such situation. Kindly ask her to do it. This is the only option. Ama zon will never help you, they would definitely help you if you got a feedback like.. let's say "DVD is boring, actors are cr ap" or smth like that.

definitely don't alert amazon at all on the feedback. If a customer says its a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ even if it is completely legit, amazon will rape you. I know this from experience. an extra $20 is worth saving your account

I wouldn't alert Amazon in this situation, they may freak at the accusation. Ebay sure does when someone is accused of selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗


I suggest responding to the feedback if she doesn't remove it
Say that you are pretty sure she has left this feedback for the wrong seller? then thank her for her business.
She cannot respond back to you in feedback again

Well good new amazon removed the neutral feedback,
I guess they don't care sometimes people said they got ⊗⊗⊗⊗,
Told them she lied to say it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ just to get her money back,
I also pointed out it was against amazon rules just review the product
with out talking about the seller performance,
Its funny i asked this lady to remove the neutral feedback yesterday,
Notice she wrote me back last night before amazon removed it,
She told me i am lucky she didn't leave me a negative,
Some people are just so bitter over life sometimes,
I refunded her first thing fully and shipping and all that,
I guess it sometimes works to ask amazon to remove feedback for you,
Maybe it didn't hurt i had 3 positive reviews all in 1 day yesterday as well,
All the positive reviews said they would buy from me again,

Just sent a email to customer support was all,very simple,
It took them about 10 hrs or so to respond and fix this,

I contact seller performance everytime i get a negative feedback and they removed nearly all the negative feedbacks for me ... good luck ...
