Customers who want something for nothing and more?
 

I have had 2 customers try and pull something over on me i feel on amazon.
The 1st one said the some of the dvds would not play and wanted a refund.
I was like ok just send them back, its been over a month.
Have not seen anything sent back or heard from that person since then.
You think they are watching the dvd and going to try and get a refund.
I had one just write me now saying the got the dvd set missing season 5 today.
Wrote them back and told them i know for a fact all the seasons are there.
I counted them before i mailed them out, we will see what they say back.
Anyone else experience such customers in the past.
I think more and more people are starting to get cheap on amazon these days.

It happens all the time. They are the ones that go around and buy stuff from ebay and amazon and file complaints, or say something its missing. Happens to almost everyone of us.

If you're 100% positive you counted everything correctly before shipping it out, then he/she is obviously running some sort of scam trying to get free items, or free item + money back.

Well its so bad how people can be sometimes.
I may just refund him the difference of $23 since i saw season 5 cost that.
This way i still make a little profit and if he is telling the truth he wont mind.
We will see what happens.

It seems to happen alot with DVD's, or that is my experience. I hardly sell any but had it happen twice

The last time I told them I took a pic of the item opened up showing all the disks at the Post office.

The postlady was holding the item open. Never heard from them again.

Can the weight help me prove i shipped all 5 season of this product.
The guy wrote me back again this morning and said he really didn't get it.
So i told him i can refund him $23 so he can buy it.
I guess we will see what happens with all this.

It might help if you had other evidence, but even that is doubtful.

Amazon probably has no idea of the exact weight anyhow of 5 cd's as they give one set amount for shipping credit whether it is one, five or 10 cd's +
