Default APO/AE package missing in action......

After 36 days customer emails me that package still hasn't shown up. This was sent to an APO/AE military US address overseas of which you really can't track the package all the way to the final destination. Just the last PO drop off point. It was sent priority mail. Anybody have any insights as to how to deal with this situation? The item cost was $91.00. Should I tell them to wait a little longer, or just refund? This is a very good stealth account with 90 positive feedbacks.

You really can't track a USPS package with an APO, basically a military overseas address. It is a benefit of being in the military that you can ship overseas to a military member, or official government worker for the same cost of shipping in the US.

Just realized that the package was going to a FOB, forward operating base. With that realization, the package could have been blown up, or intercepted by al-quada, or the taliban. So the item is going to the front lines of the war. Pretty sure its lost at this point. Out of 25-30 APO/AE shipments, this is the only one that went AWOL. Well better get ready to refund, and take the hit. I'll see if I can send a money order, but im probably gonna have to sweat the feedback.
