Appeal a review or not?
 

Hello All,

- I have opened new account back in Jun and start selling at the 4th week of Jun.
- Begin of July I have sold a total around $400.
- I add a bank account and two day later it let me disburse.
- I moved money to my bank but 3 days after that I got email from ama zon - that the bank information is incorrect and the money come back to ama zon account.
- On the same day I got the email said my account is under review.
- The money was available for disburse now go back to reserve balance :mad2:.
- From that day till now I have sold almost 40 item for a total of around 5K
- Everything ship on time and items got delivered as expect.
- But have only 1 + feedback :shocked:

- Is it worth to appeal the review or just let it hang in there?
- How long is the review take?

Please share your experience and opinion.

Had this exact thing happen once - late last year - banking error etc. I did not appeal the review - the account ended up being suspended shortly after.

Review takes 30 days - just hold tight, hope for feedback and that's it.

Try to solicit more feedback from your customers. Here is an example letter


Hello (insert first name)

I am sorry to bother you and normally wouldn't but Amazon has suggested I solicit feedback from customers during their review of my acct. If I receive enough feedback, I am allowed to continue selling on Amazon. These New Seller reviews are routine but clearly not everyone passes.

If you are able to leave me feedback for our transaction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for buying from me~ :)

This is second time I appealed for the review. Just after couple of hours the account is suspended.

Just let you all know before you do it, please think about it.
