Ok.. Just received that email on one of my Amazon stealth accounts. But it doesnt mention anything about the 90-day hold of my funds. Should I just expect that to be whats going to happen and not even worry about adding a bank account to it right now?

just move on, make a new acct., use vm ware and a fresh os install. and use SMAC 2.0 to to spoof your Macs. yes more then one!!
