Using personal hotspot and Vmware to make multiple amazon accounts

If I am using VMware, it is spoofing all of my mac addresses correct?

So I can use a personal hotspot device and just change my ip and log in to a my virtual machine and I'm good to go correct?

I do not need to work about my personal hotspot mac or my network adapter since vmware is spoofing both?

Thank you for your help!

U can use but u need afew soft to change : Mac Address, Serial HDD, Info PC

Vmware doesn't spoof your network adapters, it just creates new "virtual" adapters that need their own mac addresses. And you do not need to change the HDD serial, which I am not sure is possible in the first place.

So I will be ok with multiple amazon accounts, using vmware and then just using personal hotspot and changing my ip?

I think so. Keep track of your IPs.

Does the personal hotspot adaptor (such as Verizon MIFI mobile hotspot) has its own MAC? I have been told that when you use a router, Amazon reads your router's MAC instead of your own computer's. But I am not sure if the hotspot work the same way as the router does. :pry:

According to this site, Amazon or any other website couldn't possibly get your router's MAC unless your cable went from your router straight to Amazon's server with no other routers in between:

They probably use a script to read your machine (NIC) MAC. And yes, the Verizon MIFI almost surely has a MAC, but it may not be possible to change it.

Thanks for the information! So we can still make multiple Amazon accounts using Verizon MIFI, as long as we spoof our computer's MAC address?:juggle:

Amazon are beginning delete these type of accounts! Just beware of it!!

ovidiu 08-29-2011 06:44 PM

What type of accounts is Amazon deleting? Those who are accessed on a MIFI? Does't make sense to suspend a whole bunch of accounts solely because they were accessed via one particular piece of hardware.

You have to change the mac of the hotspot.
Most likely you will be deleted
