Default Amazon Seller Returns Information ( How to Edit ) ??

I can't find where to edit my " Return Policy ".

I had wall of text there, but I notice right now that it's gone. Can't not find anywhere where to edit it.

Go to Settings, Seller Account Info, and it is at the very bottom.

Yeah I already have my address there. And even then it only lets me put address there, not write a wall of text about return policy and my other policies.

Even so I put my address there, it is not displayed, that's probably return address amazon gives to buyers if they file for claims or RMA's maybe? It's not displayed in my profile anyway, at least I can't see it.

I just signed for Pro Merchant few weeks ago, and I just noticed my policies info and stuff is gone from the " At a Glance "

Dont waste your time. There is only one return policy. If the customer bitches, you return the item no questions asked, at least thats what you do if you want to stay on Amazon selling.

Just put under return policy a picture of you with your pants down, and bending over

Please don't clutter my thread with off topic. I'm well aware of Amazon return policies, and I have a 30 days return policy myself since I can return my products up to 90 days back to manufacturer with no question asked for a full refund. Either way, buyers need to know to know my return policy before and after purchasing. Additionally there is other information that needs to be displayed to shy away fraudulent and problematic buyers. Thank you.

I think Amazon recently released an edict stating that all return policies have to be in line with Amazon's own policies. Maybe this has something to do with it?

But yeah, I second cherrqell's suggestion, sorry, can't help myself

Maybe, altho mine was 30 days full refund, no exchanges. Maybe it has something to do with signing up for Pro Merchant. I dont know.

As for the second suggestion, I'll pass again. Thank you.

I know youre looking for help about where to write this policy but its true that it does not matter. I just had a refund given to a buyer by amazon who purchased an item 3 months ago. Now they have their money and my item.

I dont think there is a return policy section. Only a place to write a return address.

Well if push comes to shove, the buyer gets their way, period. Especially if they already know how Amazon works, and how to game the system.

Maybe it changed recently, but I'm sure there was earlier, you could input info in the Returns section.
