Disbursement problem
 
Hello all,

It is me again problem with a mazon :-(

Account up and running couple months in good standing all 5 starts feedback.

I have been disbursement everyday till last two week. After disbursement about 2K and next day the money was going back to the account and it been seat on the reserve amount for two week. After two week it automatic disbursement to my bank.

Couple days passed, don't see money in the back yet, I check a mazon again and the money going back to my account again???????? in the reserve again???

Don't know what is going on with it. There is no review, no email from a mazon, I still sale and listing is fine.

Anyone have this problem?

If you had a claim, they will reserve that amount in your account then when you request it, they will send any monies over and above it. After 30 days it goes back to normal but it's kindof a probationary period.

I don't know but maybe if your customer metrics are not up to standard it could be they are holding funds until it is corrected? Just a thought...

Yes, I had a claim like more than a month before and did got the email about that and can be disbursement all the money on top of that reserve amount. And my account back to normal after that.

Just chat with them this morning and they ask to send an email to seller support and I did that. Hope that I will get some explain from them.

Got the respond from them today that my account is under review (no email from them before and didn't show in my account either)

Just hope for the best.
