Will stamps.com link your accounts?

I didn't find a clear answer to this question.
So, can you use stamps.com to manage orders from multiple amzn accounts without getting linked?

I can not say 100% for sure but I think so.
When ever I used Stamps.com to do my amazon orders the Amazon account went down a day or so later.

I could never get any Amazon account to work for more than a day or 2 when I used Stamps.com.

From what I understand Stamps.com downloads your orders ever few hours to their servers.
But when you upload the tracking back to Amazon, Stamps.com sends the information directly.

But who knows, I could be wrong.

I use Endicia.com, but I enter the tracking numbers MANUALLY and have never been linked. Using the automatic updating feature is not advised.

Thats good to know. Anyone ever noticed when you create the labels in Amazon, where it shows Amazon's transaction fee for getting the postage? It says something about you can get the fee waived by logging into your Stamps.com account? Well, that alone makes me think that they are in some way in bed with each other. So when you put the tracking info into Amazon to confirm it, Amazon may actually see who made the label.

Just be careful when one company links with another. Kinda like eBay and Paypal? Now its Amazon and Stamps.com Its better to be safe than sorry.

Personally I use Shipworks linked to my Endicia account.
Then I enter all of my Amazon info manually into Shipworks and tracking back into Amazon.

But Shipworks is wonderful for eBay... Love it

Good thinking.

Just using Amazon built-in shipping service is fine right? I mean you do it from your own Amazon account and they take the $$$ from your balance.

I have access to the address, so I don't need to modify anything or stick any address labels.

Not sure what is going on with other people's accounts but I run all six of my amazon accounts using one stamps.com account. Not sure how they can track you when entering tracking numbers manually. Of course, if your using amazon to log into Stamps.com, you could be tracked.

Using USPS, only the first 12 numbers are the same. I was always for certain that those numbers tell the general area where you are, but amazon couldn't just suspend as others in general area may also use same numbers.
