Anybody ships Internationally with Amazon?
 

DO you guys ship internationally?

Whats your experiences if so?

Half my orders on Ebay were international. Since I sold high dollar items, I had a good defined policy on Ebay, lot's of rules for International buyers, including 15 feedback minimum, and other things. Not sure how it could work on Amazon.

Actually I never had a single return or dispute on Ebay until the account went NARU. With Amazon I had quite a few returns.

I ship internationally here and there - mostly to Asia when the orders come in - I send with tracking - have not had problems.

I'm avoid to ship international long time ago for both the zone and the bay :D. I may ship to UK and Germany if I feel good

About a tenth of my orders are international. I've never had any problems. In fact, international buyers are more keen to leaving positive feedback. I ship either the same or next day to get to them quickly. They are really appreciative of it. I'd say about 70% leave positive feedback.

Once you set " Will ship International" in your "Store Settings", can you choose which items you want to ship International or are all your items automatically available for international buyers.


I only shipped Express Mail on Ebay, with signature, tracking and insurance. Never had a problem. Sometimes items might have been stuck in Customs for 1-2 weeks, but all orders arrived in under 30 days.

I ship internationally on eb and amazing. Never had any problems.

I love worldwide shipping as it brings in more customers (lots of scammers too so one must be careful) - is that not the whole point of selling on the net - worldwide business, potential millions and millions of customers = potential millions of pound shillings.

I only used to ship national. but when I changed to international, I noticed quite a nice increase in monthly profits.

Depends on what you sell. Amazon controls where items can be sold. For example, almost all software can only be sold in the US or to a US controlled territory. So almost all of my international orders have been to overseas military bases. Never had any problems with these orders.

I'm fairly new to Amazon (less than 6 months) and I have had 5 international orders - all turned out good and all left positive feedback. I'm looking to do more on Amazon because of the prices - I like it

Also, I find it slightly annoying how amazing controls where you can send some items. Personally, I provide a top of the range service and items to match, so when I can only send national, I dont get to impress the world! :) - bummer

So I checked the "Will ship Internationally" in my Store Settings.


Does it take a few hours to acknowledge it? I tried to edit some listings, but all I see is Standard and Expedited Domestic Shipping rates. No option for international.
