Previous IP Addresses
 

Like most here, I am trying to set up a stealth acct. on Amazon.

I know what my current IP addr. is, and can force it to change (I have a cable modem with dynamic IP addr.) by changing my router's MAC addr.

Since I have no control over what my IP addr. changes to,
do I need to be concerned that it might change to a former IP addr. I used in my suspended acct.? I did not keep a log of my past IP addresses, and do not know which of my former used IP addresses Amazon recorded.

I would think that many of us here did not record the IP addresses we used in the past when logged in to Amazon.

When you change your router MAC, be sure to write it down. The same MAC will give you the same IP every time. Or may be just me

For me, I don't use router. Just one laptop connect straight to modem. On the laptop I have like 10 windows user account.

I use TMAC and pre-set the MAC for each windows users.

For each windows user, I always have the same IP

My setup seems to be similar to yours.

When my IP addr. changes after my router has been off for some time, at most only the rightmost set of digits changes.

However, when I change my router MAC, the IP addr. looks quite different.
