Only seller for a book, will Amazon link and suspend?
 

My long standing account has been suspended and I have successfully created two stealth accounts which is up and running. Question is: Can I repost several books that I am the only seller of it? I sell some books published by the UN, World Bank as well as language learning books. I am dying to sell them but am afraid might be linked and have these two accounts suspended. I actually don't know why I am being suspended as I only sell books so I am cautious now. Any input is appreciated!

What did you got suspended for on your real account?

I have no idea actually, they said that some of the books infringed on copyright although they didn't say what book.

Then if you list the same book again you will be nail again.

were they international editions?

I do this. I don't get suspended often but when I do, I simply transfer to another account. Just be certain to list other items at really high prices so no one would buy from you.

My formula is every item transferred from another account, I add 5 random, overpriced items from different venues to compensate. I've never been linked. Also, be sure to change description completely.

This should help but if your the only one selling this book and got suspended for it, then technique won't work if the book is why you were suspended.

There is an international security book which is an international edition and the others are teach yourself in obscure languages that is why I am the only seller. Right now I am selling a gardening book (collector's edition) for over 300 dollars and I am the only one. I am simply itching to post that because I sell some wholesale outside of the zone.

These books you produce yourself?

No, they are original books, God have no idea how to produce them myself. ^_^, It's something like Teach Yourself Urdu, pashtun or some remote language. The people that buy the books which I import from Central Asia/Africa are usually language schools, Interpreting/Translation companies. The other UN, WB books I sell are publications of my part-time consultation work which is in Higher Education in Third World countries as well as Water security/International security.

Pretty cool smartshoppe - do you have a list you could PM? I'd be interested in buying some of these language books if price is right =)

OMG, after months wrangling with the seller performance team and sleepless nights my old account was reinstated!! It sucks when you wrote so much to them and this is what they said, I expected something that has more reason on their part.
