Yet another EIN question...
 

I am updating my EIN info so it has my current business name and address which wont be a problem because its a new address not associated with my banned account.

Questions is - Can I have my ein info read JUST my business name while leaving my person name out of it?

Everything on my main Amazon account is legit except for the name. I run a legit business with a legit address/business phone. I am just not sure what will happen if I use my own name when submitting info to Amazon which is what we are all worried about so can I just put in my legal business name?

Thoughts?

Only time will tell how this will work out for us semi stealth users.

I personally will submit the info on one of my stealth accounts next week and see what happens next week. I just need to make sure my big disbursement fully clears first.. Did it yesterday.. 4400 bucks!

Your real name has to be used on the EIN with the IRS as does your SSN. You will have to choose a business name as well that you want to stick with for business purposes other than online. Examples of all this is in the forums but in the ebay side. Same deal though.

Does amazon not just ask for the business name when you enter the EIN? they should not even be caring about that. they just need to report to the IRS in someones name is all.
