Amazon Ask Driver License when adding Bank

Ok, before on Amazon, you could just add bank on the account and you didnt have to enter your driver license as you could just write: NO Driver License.

Apparently now it's mandatory.

I did however find a workaround and I just used this site to bypass it:

Unique ID: Select a category

Is this new or is it just for accounts made 30 days or less?

I just created a Amazon account yesterday and this wasn't the case at all. When did you try making this account?

I did it yesterday too...but I guess it was because this was real information and not ghost accounts because I made another account on Vmware with new IP and it didnt ask for one.
