Amazon messages :
 

Can your Amazon account get suspended from buyers sending you bad emails , such as I received the item broken or the item was a copy.

To confirm I do not intentionally sell broken items although they could get damaged in the post and to add I don't sell copies of anything .

But some idiot has mentioned theses things in a message to me via Amazon will I get suspended ?

Please help

i'm not sure but in the future it wont help ur case if u do get suspended, it would me no re-instatement.

Hmm I need to get a pay out from this account its due for this Saturday coming about 6 days its tough one , do you think it will make it

I would refund him on the side if possible.
Refunds will attract more attention in my opinion than the messages will.

It is doubtful you will be suspended unless the software can search for key words

Negative feedbacks are bad, try to get rid of them.

From sending you bad e-mails? Prob not - from opening claims...sure. All the best. Why so worried about complaints - what are you selling?
