I went on amazon and tried to verify the email. my account comes up inactive. it says i need to contact them and verify my identity. I have the had he account for 2 weeks. just enough time for them to start the deposits. I think it's becuase I wait that long to sell anything. change in policy?

Your account had been deleted. If you haven't sold anything yet just move to the next account, that one is done for good.

The account is done and nothing you can do nothing about it. If you have $$$ in there just try to contact seller-performance to ask for your $$$.

But good luck with that.

Amazon's newest trick....instead of suspending and holding your $ for 90 days..they just straight delete your account.

Has happened to 4 of mine now....total $ lost about $900....

Some are still getting suspended...don't know what causes them to delete versus suspend as of yet.

I spoke with Amazon about this on one of my accounts that this happened to. The rep told me that the money is held for 90 days, and then a PAPER CHECK is sent to the name and address on file. So, unless you have access to the stealth address, you can forget the money.

Yeah. Stealth addresses wind up screwing you in the long haul. My worries are when Ebay starts taking pages out the amazon book...which is slowly starting to happen.
