Multiple non-banned accounts?
 

I can't find anywhere on amazon that you cannot have more than one account in good standing in their TOS.

Anyone have a link?

I have separate businesses with separate EINs that are in good standing (knock on wood). I've never been banned. I couldn't find anywhere where this was a TOS violation.

I guess you can always send them a email or phone them about this issue.

Operating multiple seller accounts: Operating and maintaining multiple seller accounts is prohibited. If you have a legitimate business need for a second selling account, you can apply for an exception to this policy. Contact Seller Support and choose "Other account issues" from the "Account Settings" section of the form. In your request, please provide an explanation of the legitimate business need for a second account. Also note that in order to be considered for approval, you must:
1. Have an account in good standing with excellent Customer Metrics
2. Have a separate e-mail address and bank account for the new account
3. Not intend to sell the same products in both accounts
Youll receive a response to your request within 2-3 business days.

I thought it was similar do eBay - if your running non stealth you can have as many as you want,

I wonder reason they have for such strict requirements. I was going to use an EIN for one of my accounts and my social for my personal account but there goes that idea.

At one point HGWA considered requesting Amazon allow him two business accounts if he could offer them a good reason.
Dunno the outcome....
