Close regular account and open pro account?
 

Anyone ever close a regular seller account and open "pro" account with the same stealth info?

Would you have to call amazon to do that or what?

Can't you just upgrade?

NO that type of account. I meant the seller central and marketplace accounts. The one that lets you see the customers phone number and change shipping fee.

You can't upgrade.
The official line is that you have to ask them to close the old style account first, then when you open a new account it's automatically in the new style.
You lose all your feedback history.
I found out though, that they dont fully shut the old account, so you can't use the same ID or email.
If you're "Stealth" I guess you could just open a new account.

yep ^ is correct, You cant upgrade, you have to close one and open another and you will lose all yr feedback!

Why would you do that?
With the upgraded account you will still be able to disburse your money every 24 hours.
With the new one you want to open, Amazon will disburse your money every 2 weeks, you don't have any control over your funds.

Again, why would you choose a seller account where you don't have control over your money?
Close this one, open another individual seller account with the info you want and then upgrade to pro account.

It has nothing to do with money. I know my accounts can last thats not the problem. the problem is stupid buyers. I want ALL their info so I can contact directly with issues or to resolve issues ASAP.

I have 3 of the regular accounts already but I want to close the newest one.
