I have previously emailed Amazon so I know your aloud to do so but their instructions wasn't clear at all .

Did you even go to amazon.fr and try to sign up for a seller account?
Because I think you didn't.

Accounts arent restricted to one country nowadays.
Unless your account is an old one, you select the country of choice from the Seller Central HOME page top middle.
