Hey guys

This forum is awesome. I need some help from experienced guys if they can shed some light on my predicament. I use to sell media items (mainly books) on amazon for over 4 years . I closed my seller account myself since 3 months ago. I was never blocked, suspended or anything like that. I wish to open a DBA as a sole proprietor in order to go legit with EIN because of this new tax requirements. I intend to go stealth on just one new account as a start in order to conceal my identity just to be on the safe side. My questions are:

1) Will I be blocked or suspended if I use my real info for credit card and bank details. (I see that I will have to input my real info for Amazon-IRS verification on the new mandatory amazon questionnaire for all sellers for tax purposes)

2) can I use a UPS mail box address (Real physical address with #) as my primary business address to register the business (I don't want to use home address which was in my self-closed account)

3) Can I use VCC from giftcards.com to verify my amazon seller account (Their VCCs expire in 7 years from purchase date). I have always used these cards to buy stuff at amazon.com in the past without any issues

4) Can I sell that same books from the old leftover stock in my previous account without been linked?

Assuming you meant when sending docs to the IRS - Amazon will have no details or inside look at what info the IRS has in dealing with bank accts/credit cards. They just need the info the match what the IRS has on file. (Name/Address)

You should have no problem registering your business with any address. I switched mine 3 years in a row - due to moving.

Personally, I dont have any experience with VCC, but I herd some good some bad about them. I just buy Vanilla Visa Gift cards ($20) - never failed. Then you can spend the gift card, just leave a few bucks on it to be safe.

4) Can I sell that same books from the old leftover stock in my previous account without been linked?

I would list them items slowly. Maybe a few a day.
