Amazon Starting With Their 21-Day Hold

Well, I logged into my account today expecting to withdraw and I dont even see a request disbursement button. I figured it was just the new look of Amazon and I couldnt find the button. But then I start checking links and stuff. And get this.. Whats also bad is that I dont see anywhere that says if you are a pro seller you can request disbursement. Ill gladly pay the $40 a month for it.

When will I be paid?
Generally, Amazon Services first settles your account 21 days after you register with Seller Central. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 7 days. Each automatic weekly disbursement will reflect the net proceeds for orders you confirmed as shipped between 14 and 21 days prior to the disbursement date.

In order for a settlement to take place, you must:

Have a positive or zero account balance. Customer refunds, claims and chargebacks, as well as monthly subscription and other fees can affect your balance.

Have entered valid information in Seller Central for a US checking account or for a bank account located in the UK, France, Germany or Austria. For more information, please see Bank Account Information.

Have identified a valid credit card for your Seller Account.

When your account is settled, we post a settlement report in the Reports section of Seller Central and transfer your funds to your bank account using an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or electronic funds transfer. It usually takes 3-5 business days from the time that we settle your account and initiate an ACH or electronic transfer before the funds arrive in your bank account.

So your saying this is on a account that you have already been receiving disbursements on? They always hold the funds for 14 days when you first register a seller account.

No. I have not received any disbursements yet. The account 18 days old. And yes, i know they always hold the funds for 14 days. That is not what I said or am asking. If you read it, it says 21 days!

So what are you asking then? You just copied and pasted something from Amazon and then made a statement about it. You never asked a question!!!

Yes, exactly. It was a statement, not a question. I wasn't asking a question. I was making a statement. Giving information. Giving a heads up. Making it aware.

But either way. Have you or anyone else heard of this? I know months ago they were talking about doing it, but didn't do it. Now they just throwing it up there. Also, does anyone know if you sign up as a pro seller, will you be able to request disbursement every 24 hours?
