Is it possible to email the 'account specialist' directly or do I really need to wait for them to email me? It has been days now since I received a notice that they would email me within 24 hours

they 'really' do not exist.

It's an automated email sent. Notice no name, no return email?


Think they trained @ paypal & just refined the techinques on amazon

I see. Well, let me ask you this then. I was in the process of handling a return of an item. The buyer did not quite understand what they were buying but did not open the package so I agreed via email to let her return it. When I went to login a little bit later to authorize the return officially through Amazon, I was blocked. Not sure how to proceed from here, not sure if I will still get my item back or if Amazon will just refund her. Have you ever been in a situation like this?

Yes been in this situation - bluntly speaking, the account is dead and since you cant reach the buyer, you can only hope that he/she/it/they return the item before a claim is done. Not much you can do - I wish I knew of a strong way to get through to Am az on. =( Few accounts of mine are still in this spot and it's annoying.

Are you talking about Amzz.co.uk or US amzz?? You said your acct was blocked?
does it say blocked or deleted or just suspended.
They are all bad by to a different degree so to say
