I see. Well, let me ask you this then. I was in the process of handling a return of an item. The buyer did not quite understand what they were buying but did not open the package so I agreed via email to let her return it. When I went to login a little bit later to authorize the return officially through Amazon, I was blocked. Not sure how to proceed from here, not sure if I will still get my item back or if Amazon will just refund her. Have you ever been in a situation like this?
