I opened one new one last week.
1. Open new account,sell nothing for a week.
2. Put up used items,books and leave it alone.
3. If nothing sells in a week,put up something that will for sure will. (used PS3 game etc.)
$. Then add bank account.

I opened a few accounts in the past couple of days and all of them are fine.

Of coz I did, all my previous ones are okay, i think is the vcc I've brought is being used

Did you ever figure out the reason of being declined?I just received the same exact message...With this account I tried to use the VCC a month ago to verify another account but there wasn't any funds in there then,so I loaded it and used as a VCC with another account....Wont do that again...

So you typed the SAME EXACT VCC number into 2 different account....
And you wonder why they were linked?

Basic knowledge goes a LONG ways and saves lots of money.
