Seller with buyer account question
 

I just had a seller account deleted that utilized my work address. I had done some light buying on it (holiday gifts). My question is, is that address completely toast for BUYING purposes or would something simple like a cookie sweep take care of it? How closely do they monitor buying accounts?

That address is no longer any good, any & I mean ANY link to the deleted account from a NEW account will get that BANNED as well. You need to start afresh with EVERYTHING new.

well, let's hope nobody at my work uses Amazon from the computers there. whoops!

For buying purposes? Sure you can use it. Amazon still allows you to buy on your account, you just can't sell on it any longer. I still use my old deleted seller account to purchase from Amazon on a weekly basis.

But my entire account was wiped out, both seller and buyer options. So I was going to just re-register for a buyer account with the same address. Of course, with that new ups deal, I can probably pick any old address and just redirect the shipment to my real work address

Yes, you are actually right, I stand corrected on that; though I do note the OP has stated his entire account (BUYER/SELLER) was removed.:typing:
