Vadim | 12-25-2011 05:03 PM | Quick question that needs a quick answer Submitting my tax info to Amazon right now. I have one problem. It is kind of a big problem. I opened up a single owner LLC (disregarded entity) and it is taxed as a Sole Prop.
During the interview wizard it only allows me to select LLC if I am a partnership, C Corp or S Corp. Which means I have to select personal/sole prop during the interview.
If I submit my actual information will I get suspended? Is Amazon even going to cross reference anything?
A few months back I logged into my old suspended account (which was suspended for a ridiculous reason, but to be fair everyone is right?) and I changed ALL the information. I found how to literally change every piece of information(including email, bank accounts, addresses, name) so technically that account does not belong to me. Will they find the link or no? I have a few hours before I have to submit everything and I really do not want to lose this account.
I was also thinking of letting it get suspended and then just make the LLC into a partnership, then submit the info to Amazon.
I really need some suggestions asap. I have done TONS of research and I have consulted a tax professional about everything(literally) so I am very aware about all this.
Has anyone submitted real info that was linked to an old account and actually got taken down? This Amazon account has been up since April and I have grossed 300k or so. Never suspended or reviewed(so far), had one or two small warnings. Very good account. But I know that means little in Amazon's eyes.
Thank you!
Merry Christmas everyone! |
