getting paid from deleted amazon account
 

I have deleted account with 300+ uk pounds in the account the 90 days are up in less than 2 weeks. The big problem i have when i e-mail amazon every single day i dont get any reply from them they ignore me and there is no bank account added. Will they automatically send a check to the stealth address . i would want them to reply to me give me a day access to add bank account but they just refuse to speak with me .Have they stole the money put it in their pocket i seen some people in the forums saying they got 24 hour access but will they communicate with me at point or they just giving me the permnament brush of .

I must of e-mail payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk like 50+ times no reply but when i e-mail them from another e-mail account they reply to me within hours saying they couldnt discuss about my deleted account cause it not correct e-mail address . no point on writing to usa amazon they just say contact amazon.co.uk and they dont reply

If you can still access the account you will get your money, if you are unable to login, then I wouldn't count on the money anytime soon or if at all.

i can't get into account atol it deleted i had previous deleted account but i had bank account added before they deleted it i got the money . This is a different case no bank added major problem

Many posts about this adrianr03 - bunch of us are in this bind with deleted accounts.

What If we involve solicitors? Whould that help? Did any one on the forum done that?

think yourself lucky that it's only £300...I've got more than £15000 stuck in deleted accounts at the moment.

My solicitor has taken the case on, I will keep u guys updated.. As soon as I know it's good I will pass u his details.

davecolt55 when are your accounts due to pay out and did you add bank info before you where unable to log in to them

all of my deleted accounts are well over 3 months since they were deleted and some are more like 6 months. I added banks to a couple of them before they were deleted and this makes no difference...still no money from most of them yet. I was given temporary access to one account so that i could add a bank and have since received the funds. I'm hoping that this will be the case with all of them in time. If not I will go down the legal avenue.

Please Pardon my ignorance,,,but is a "Solicitor" the U.S. Equivlant of some kind of Lawyer?

after reading this i checked all my closed accounts and made sure it had bank info and my real info as 1st i could not log in to 3 accounts so i asked the site to reset the password and that got me in the only account i cant get in to has £800 and its showing as no records of this account but am sure i have added my account info anyway so will find out in about 8 weeks if that one pays out or not davecolt55 can you keep us all updated and are you uk based

Keep emailing...only thing you can do. Really just lucky if you do imo. Some have had luck most not so much. I believe someone used the BBB to get it. Really you need to decide if the time and effort is worth the payout.
