Hello I am opening stealth account with amazon Uk does my phone number area code have to match address?

For example the address I am using for stealth my account is in London but the landline number i am using to verify account is for another area starting with 01 not 02 for London.

Can anyone help!

I don't think it's a issue, besides use mobile phone numbers.

Hi,

Maybe you can use a national phone number, I don't know if it exists in UK but I just found out they are available in France, the prefix is 09.

I know folx as well as myself who have used numbers with mismatching area codes for various states/provinces in North America - I am sure the same applies for AZ UK so should be ok.
