I have five Amazon accounts were deleted about 150 days,the same bank account has been added on that five Amazon account too,now I still can not sign in my account to withdraw funds,I have contacted with the follwoing Amazon emails,most no respond, payments-cb@amazon.com account-appeals@amazon.com seller-evaluation@amazon.com payments-guarantee-reply@amazon.com payments-investigate@amazon.com payments-funds@amazon.com merchant-disbursement-inquiry@amazon.com merchant-approval@amazon.com, alliance@amazon.com
but just recieve one massage from Amazon:

This message is to inform you that we have been in contact with the
cardholder of the credit card supplied as the payment method for your
orders. They inform us that your use of their card is unauthorized,
and as such, your account has been closed and all outstanding orders
have been cancelled.

2 Amazon will occupy my funds forever?

After 90 days I received my funds into my bank account. $1500.00 and $1700.00
I have to say I could not believe this until I actually saw it.
You just have to be polite and courteous when requesting your money, open a case here and there but in matter of three days funds will be in the bank.
Still I was unable to login at anytime.

Unfortunaltey to say though that I need to email from the email address in which my account is associated with. I no longer have that email address so I replied back telling them that, that acccount was hijacked and if they would correspond with me via the email account I am using... we'll see how that goes.. for the rest of you .. try emailing this address payments-funds@amazon.com and see what happens.. keep us posted... GOOD LUCK |
Have tried that e-mail - nothing good came out of it. But hope it works out. |

They sent me a message telling me to then change the address in their system.. Which at this point I can't do because I'm blocked... but will write them back and tell them that.. Maybe they will give me temporary access, however I do have to say, that all my account DO have my bank information... We'll just have to see where this takes me... Good Luck |

Unfortunaltey this time is was an automated message with directions telling me how to check certain things in my account.. I will email them AGAIN and remind them that I can not log in and am waiting for my disbursment which is past 90 days... just gonna keep going and going. |

Good Luck | Called them today... explained again about my old email being hacked and deleted (not what actually happend if you read previous threads) Dale from amazon DID take down my new email address and said he will foward whatever it is he is going to foward to whoever and let them know specifically that I have a new email address where I should be contacted.... |
I hope they contact you - my own experience from AZ has been low on contact-backs... |

I have opened up BBB cases on 3 of my accounts with no success. Hope they get back to you favourably. |

I have done this in the past, and as of yet have had no issues with the taxman. You will need the proper documentation, and be prepared to explain all the nuances of stealth should you be brought in for examination. |

Our lawyers are writing to amazon, but its like a game of ping pong and going nowhere. Will soon be issuing winding up petition in Luxemburg as you cannot sue amazon.co.uk in the UK courts. Perhaps if this happens other people can support our application. |

Saying to contact them with the email on file, I replied that, that email was hacked, and to contact me with my current email, to which they replied "they are holding my funds in case there are any chargebacks." Then BBB closed the case. it has been 5 months since the account got closed. 2 Months passsed the 90 days. |

I wish you good luck :cheer: I don't think they have the right to steal their members' money. And I'm gonna try to send them an email to the aforementioned address too. Quote:
