Got a message from a buyer through email directly. How the hell did he managed that?

Apparently, Amazon gives out e-mail addresses of the sellers now if they call in and can't be reached.

A buyer told me this last week.

Call in where? As in call Amazon and say seller didn't respond to message, could I have his email address please?

I would like to know more too. My Amazon number is certainly reachable, but not my primary number by any means.

I doubt this. They wont even let me proceed as a seller unless I give them my vitally important email address.
