Verlocity Limits In The UK!

Now I have had my account for a month and a half, I am actually quiet pleased about that because of how I have been hearing that amazon is ripping up accounts, I have sold quite abit now in the first month I have made around £1500.
Do these verlocity limits apply in the UK because surely if it did amazon would have made a move?
At the moment i have taken down all my listings so that i do not make too much.
