Anything single core = slow as snails. My HP netbook with the 1.6ghz atom & Win 7 Pro with good Intel SSD crawls with three tabs in Firefox and nothing else going on. Netbooks suck!

I am looking for laptops and find many newer Dells on ebay for 250-400 range if you can snag them in the middle of the night.

I doubt that would support a dongle. Does it even have USB host capability (able to attach a USB device like a drive?) It's running Android, so very limited in what you can do. Buy a cheap laptop or netbook instead!

I wouldn't bother with cheap chinese tablets alot of them break in months due to the cheap parts used to make them and don't even get me started on the wifi coverage.

Imagine your tablet breaks and losing all your data - good luck with contacting someone with warranty.

Go with a solid brand name like dell - through auction - cheap and cheerful :D

I used to say that then mins turned to hours and hours turned to days - ok maybe not days.

But in all seriousness them chinese ones are awful - i would give them to my dog to chew on :boink: - there are some decent ones though i got one called novo 7 aurora which is really ncie, not that cheap though.

What you looking for eternity? any cheap laptop in the uk should be fine - type in "laptop" and hit up auction, i got a dell d500 aswell which i run a few stealths on been running real smooth and got it for dirty cheap.
