Opened Email with Images

I opened an email from a stealth account on a computer that had a banned account.

Images got loaded.

Am I doomed? I searched the code of the email and found a 1x1 pixel image with a tracking code on it (at the end of the email)

Am I doomed? Did anyone else make this mistake before?

1 time unlikely to cause long term problems - do not repeat - this mistake has been done by other folx.

Disabled all the images. It was a system re-install and I forgot to disable them upon installing mail software.

I will post if I get canned. So far, nothing. 12 hours after images loaded.
