Feedback Help (Amazon)
 

Im new to the whole Amazon thing but in the last month I have made 40 Sales and I have not gotten I feedback from anyone. What do I need to do? Ive contacted all of them asking very nicely and still no one will do it. Any advice?

Good luck that's Amazon for you. Best thing you can do is use the search button and see how other people overcome the feedback problems on Amazon

Just send reminders to them but I must say that people tend not to leave feedback.

I think its because buyers will get an email reminding them to leave feedback and they can't be bothered to go into their account whereas on ebay you get a message about leaving feedback.

Several thread on here about this, and I went in depth on one of them. Give the search a try and see if any of them are still around.

I Sell on amazon. Same thing for me. But at least its not hateful ones like feebay. But my sales are awesome! So I am very happy w amazon. Ebay not so much. Dont worry your sales will just keep going!

I sent the buyers a thousand emails to ask them to leave feedbacks, but NONE of them wants to do it. The only one that gave me a negative feedback was a cancelled buyer. He actually used someone credit card and bought items from me. I refused to ship the items to him unless he could prove that he is the credit card owener, and then He replied and asked me to cancell the order. Later on, I came back and left me a Negative feedback and said that I never ship the item. He was already a cancelled buyer, how come Amazon still allows him to leave the seller Negative feedback? Sound very stupid.... but I believed someone in this forum has the same problem like I do.

I also love the sales from amazon i jUst feel like a need some feedback sooner or later

Same in uk am afraid , I have sold 100s of items on AMZ , I have a grand total of 19,all positive I must add :-) just keep selling like the guys are saying , it shouldn't affect your sales

I was doing 350-400 fulfillment per month and I only get 15-25 feedback out of it. Don't feel discourage. Unlike eBay, we can't leave them an Amazon profile buyer's feedback.

Never ask for feedback. Many buyers are not aware of feedback system and there is always a chance one angry buyer might leave neg/neut feedback and account is gone. No feedback is good feedback.
