1. bookkeeping to record cost of good and sales price

2. apply for sales tax ID and report sales tax to state gov

3. file business income tax

You should be doing taxes regardless of stealth or not. I am working with my accountant this week to set everything up on a stealth account. Been paying taxes on stealth eBay for 7 years, legit Amazon for 6 years, and now stealth Amazon. Better legit than sorry when the tax thugs come crashing thru the door.

I'll add that I don't begrudge anyone the desire to skip out on tax; I just think it's a personally imprudent choice, what with the all-devouring state so hungry for additional revenue these days.
