If an account has been closed and we open another and send a feed up to amazon via monsoon and download orders with a server that has already been used for sending feeds but with a different IP can amazon detect this.

No web browser is being used just a web connection to amazons server to collect upload orders and price match.

Though, in this case I do believe the OP is referring to the Monsoon Shopping Cart platform.

To the OP, I believe one of the ways Amazon will be able to ID you is via the MAC address if that remains unchanged even though you've changed the IP address on that server.
