It's more practical to do as much as you can correctly from the start rather than having to keep on starting again. :peace: | Okay, I understand what you guys are saying now. So then, just to be clear, I have to use my real name during the creation of the Amazon account because my EIN information should match up in case Amazon goes to verify it with the IRS.. AND it is okay to use my name even though I was banned with my name on the last account? It seems like this would be a clear link between the old and new account.
Sorry guys, I am just confused about this one thing and it's been stopping my progress lately. I keep hearing on one side, "don't use your real name, are you stupid?" and at the same time, "you must use your real name because Amazon may boot you if your EIN number doesn't match your Amazon info."
For now, please assume that I can only register as a sole proprietorship at this time. I will do the corporation thing in a few months, but I will be relocating to another state soon and am waiting to do get incorporated after the move.
On a side note, I do plan on this being a good legit account. We're a legit business and just want to get back into the game for the long term.
Btw, I am registering my new DBA and EIN tomorrow in order to have my new Amazon account up and running by the end of the day. Again, any help before then is incredibly appreciated!! Thank you so much. |
