The Future Of Stealth

Some people say you should start up your stealth account with a brand new computer. Some just say to format and you're good.
Being the anal perfectionist that I am, I started up on a whole new computer.

Still, I know some of you guys out there are running 50 stealths off one machine.
Does it only become a problem once an account becomes suspended on that machine?

As to the future of stealth.. it is known that all CPUs have an identifiable serial number built in. This was done years ago and I believe it started with Intel (correct me if that is incorrect). Could it be possible for Amazon to detect this now? Or if not now then some point later on?

My weird little brain sees it this way:

Grade C detection: Browser plug-in combination ---> Say you're using firefox with the exact same 12 plug-ins.. maybe combine that with what version of flash you're using, etc.

Grade B detection: Like grade C but adds in your "browsing habits." ---> What's that Johnny? You like to go to weather.com and your favorite porn site after you're done checking your seller's account? Banned.

Grade A detection: Verifies the combination of hardware in your system ---> The A+ version of this would be actually verifying that CPU serial number.

Now you can take any of these and cross reference them with other known bits information. Such as Grade A detection matching up with your area code provided or the zip code that your IP is showing.. thus relating you to your old suspended account.

Sure, some of this may seem like a bit of a long shot, but you can at least admit this all is possible. And I feel like I shouldn't dismiss the fact that at least one of these methods could already be in use. Any thoughts on the matter?
I guess I'd like to hear from either computer experts who know a bit about security and people who are NOT careful at all and have gotten away with it for at least a year.. you know, to be able to throw all these theories out the window. Thank you.

Rules are made & some folks will always find ways to engineer them to their advantage & so on the cycle goes.

You will ALWAYS find there are folks out here continually outsmarting the systems put out to defeat them.

It is an ongoing battle.

At this time, Amazon and eBay CANNOT see EVERYTHING about your PC, only SOME things. This holds true or other sites as well. As you pointed out, that does not mean they will not be able to do so in the future.

Follow the guide and keep up to date on the forums. Things are always changing. When they make cnages, we adapt.

I would also advise that you make each account as different as possible. Different browsers, different plugins, different OS's, selling different types of items, etc. The best way to be prepared for any upcoming changes is to eliminate similarities wherever possible.
