quick listing question

Someone is selling the exact same product as me on amazon. But it looks like they have created a listing and title the product with there store name. So they have made out its branded i think.

Now i have just went to list this item and its shown me similiar items to choose from. My item is exactly the same. Can i select this already created auction? Or does the way they have titled it stop me from doing that?

are you creating listings one by one, or in bulk

i wanna sell in bulk eventually. but i suspect that sales will be very slow to begin with.

i've just found 2 other sells do the same thing with there name and branding for the exact same item. i can find a listing without branding.
