Has anybody actually taken legal action against amazon.co.uk
 

We are due to present a winding up petition in the High Court against amazon.co.uk as foreign unregistered company. Litigation against amazon.co.uk marketplace should take place in Luxembourg but this is very expensive, £20k plus. This is an alternative. The question is has anybody else taken legal action against amazon.co.uk.

seams that no one has, as you noted yourself it is expensive!

Hope you have a nice bankroll to waste. It isnt always about who is right/wrong, and majority of the time it is about who has a better attorney and who has more money.

Won't be wasted, got legal insurance on the case, counsul gives 85% chance of winning as amazon have admitted the debt. A winding up petition is being served 23rd July which gives them 21 days to pay. Once this is advertised in the gazette I will post again so other people can piggy back on the claim.

i know cos they will pay, no choice as no defence as they have admitted the debt in writing to the lawyers but just don't want to pay up

they will stall you until your funds run out. They have a constant bank roll. A lot of others do not.

Well, If you are suing them then go for it, just because someone failed doesn't mean you can't do it,

Impossible is a dirty word!
