the mrs in review

the mrs's amazon account has just been put into review

2 months or so in

100% feedback 300 sales

no A-Z or chargeback

its a legit non stealth account

shes been a buyer for years

£750 per week sales on legit straight non vero low risk items

theyve put a 7 day rolling reserve on her funds

is this normal and should she be ok ? im asking for her so forgive if i dont answer her questions

any thoughts

The problem with AZ is that you NEVER know 100%. Based on the info you provide I would say that her chances are pretty high of passing. Don't fret yet.

Listen to the legend of RSOT

Its in review but pretty good chance of passing since they put a rolling reserve.
The account would have outright been banned/deleted if any real issues.

Just keep getting that feedback up.

in light of that comment does anyone have a decent feedback pleading email that works ?

BigCJ 07-19-2012 04:33 PM

Its like pulling teeth.

But, If I sold toys, it was intended for a child and I would include something related to that toy.

IE: I sold a Baseball card with a sleeve, I gave an extra card sleeve and a random card with a note saying something like: I hope your family love this blah blah blah and yadda yadda but, and as a valued customer I really value your opinion on my sales performance! please take time to tell us how we did!

The feedback slip i leave in all my orders seems to work pretty well, i would say more often than not i get feedback:

Thank you for purchasing from us. We would appreciate it if you left feedback on Amazon.com for this transaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments on this order. Thank you!

How to Leave Feedback
To leave feedback for an order, go to www.amazon.com/feedback and sign in with your e-mail address and password. When you find the order you're looking for, click the "Leave feedback" button.

I dont understand why you guys get scarred of being reviewed. Its actually a good thing as you will be able to sell more and they will look at your account less after a few reviews.
