Amazon Buyer and Seller Account Link?

Old seller account was banned, going to make my first new one.

My banned seller account is linked to my current buying account.

After changing my router MAC.. Can I use the same router mac to access my buying account and new seller account?

^ No it will link the old buying account with the new seller account, you have to change it.

Do I need to change my LAN MAC or WAN MAC? Or both?
