Account delete on the date of disbursement!
 

I HATE AMAZON!!!

My account got delete on the date of disbursement! I don't understand why. This is a new stealth account and with only $500 sale. It is 25 days old and today is suppose to be the disbursement. There is no complaint no claim no refund. I don't get it. Could someone shine some light on this?

well this happen to me on the day of payment my account was deleted few hours after i recieved the e-mail saying my amazon deposit is on its way i dont think they hold the money any more i was in a right panic but on the 4th day the money hit my bank so i moved the money outa the account and closed it . if you didnt recieve the e-mail saying payment on its way you definitely wont get it ,

if they steal your money just make new account as pro merchent and sell something and refund the buyer when it hits your bank i have done it

So you had your bank account attached prior to deletion?

no. I add the new bank account and my account got delete the next day which is the day money suppose to disburse.

yep yep....bummer but you should get it in 90days...but theres always that chance you dont with them :(

lol 90 days, over 1 year later I am still waiting for my $1200 to hit the bank.

Im alomst positive that Accounts that get deleted are accounts where Amazon feels fairly confident that the information used to create them is fictitious, I may be wrong, but I dont think that I have heard of a Deleted account made with 100% real info,,Maybe other users can comment on this,,

Ok then I stand Corrected, however, if the info was indeed real, you should have NO Problem getting in touch with Amazon to get your Money, you may have to cause a Little Ruckus, but Im sure that even in your country they cannot just Keep your money, and what you were selling really does NOT matter

YOUR BANK triggered the deletion.

I did send them several emails to several different addresses but they never replied, I want to call them but I can't find their phone number.

My country's France and I were selling VERO items.

The account is deleted so I doubt I will get the money in 90 days. I call, email and complaint to BBB but no live person ever reply or you get the copy and paste I am so lazy and hate my job response.

Really? the bank? I use RBC USA saving account, if that trigger the deletion, won't that make hundreds of RbC user flag for deletion? Unless they put a flag on all user with RBC saving and VCC then maybe.

Complain top the Legal Dept, threaten Legal; action, they will respond

Yea, I have seen it work several times,Never for me Directly, but for others I know. It is MUCH Cheaper for them to Take a Few Minutes to Verify an Account Holders Information, and cut them a Check, than to Answer a Summons in Court
