Default Cant log in to my account

I had this posted in the public forum but i suppose ill put it here too.

I opened an account about 6 months ago to sell on amazon, I have had a buying account since probably 2005 or so.

I started off selling laptops sold maybe 20k worth and and got the 28 day rolling reserve,

then that cleared just fine.

Got multiple dispersements over the last 6 months

usually 15-20k

last disbursement was 51k no problems then

now they owe me 41k in a few days and i cant log into my account.
Im guessing one of the accounts that bought from me got linked to my seller account because i have been advertising locally and sold several units to friends. I made them get amazon accounts and buy from the site since they wanted to pay with a credit card and i dont have a merchant account anymore.

SO im guessing that got me flagged? how do i get to the bottom of this?

I owe my supplier 95k on Sept 1 and amazon has 41k of that tied up I also have about 60k worth of inventory that i now cant move until this is cleared up.

This account is all legit with my SS address bank everything is on the up and up.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

I could add,

It looks like my 8 yr old buying account is still able to log in though theres no doubt in my mind that account is linked. I use it on the same computer as my selling account.

Sorry to hear about what's happening to you.

If you can't login I'm sorry to say that your account may have been deleted, this is what happened to me.

You can try to send an email to seller-vcac@amazon.co.uk and explain the situation to them.

Your account is legit so you should be able to recover your money.

My account is legit too but they don't seem to reply to my emails, I think I will have to take legal action against them.

now they owe me 41k in a few days and i cant log into my account.

This is really dangerous - I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but...it's pretty bad - have you go onto other posts and see what was discussed?

I can now log into the account on the buyers side using the email i use for the seller side.

I use shaftslinger@XXXX and thats my 8 year old buying account, it logs in just fine to my buying side only.

my other one supershaftslinger@ xxx was my selling account, on seller central it wont let me in at all but if i just go to amazon.com now i can log in. ( i couldnt earlier today)
Now it says "Your account can’t be accessed at this time"

I cant get into seller central and i havent been sent any emails saying i was suspended or banned or deleted.

41k is enough money for me to get a pretty nasty team of attorneys involved.

No doubt this isnt optimal but im also quite confident if they decide to go down the ugly path, Ill make it costly to them.

On another note, I owe the 95k to a supplier that i dont think i have a personal guarantee with and its through my LLC. SO im not out anything technically at this point other than some nasty legal notices.

You might want to read your contract with the supplier VERY carefully. Many people think that a personal guaranty must be executed separately, but that is not awlays the case. Sometimes the personal guaranty language is in the contract. Something like...

I, the undersigned, on my behalf, and also on behalf of the entity I represent, agree.....

I'm not saying that is the case here. But it would be very unusual for any suppliers to grant credit to a corporation or an LLC without a personal guaranty, unless the CORP or LLC had been in business for a long time and was rated by something like Dun & Bradstreet.

You CANNOT Think like that, Amazon as a Company that generated $48 BILLION in Revenue last year, They have TEAMS of Attorneys ON PAYROLL 24/7, They are HUGH, Believe me you are NOT going to cost them a Cent. The last thing that you want to do is face Amazon with some type of Adversarial attitude, because they can CRUSH you at will, Trust me,,,

As for this not costing you, It will in some form, NO DOUBT,

What you need to do here is get an attorney to CALL not E-Mail their legal Dept, and provide Amazon with whatever Proof that they Require to provew that you indeed owned the account, so that they can give you your money as quickly and Hassel free as possible.

well i just realized they shut down my affiliate account too.

Hello,

While reviewing your account, we found that the majority of the orders placed have been for personal use, resale or commercial use. These purchases are not Qualifying Transactions and we don’t pay advertising fees for them as stated in the Associates Program Operating Agreement. You can review the complete text of the Operating Agreement via this link:

http://affiliate-program.amazon.com/...ates/agreement

Because of this violation of the Operating Agreement terms, your Associates account has been closed and you will not receive further payment. Please remove all Amazon content, including Special Links, from your site(s) immediately. Any other accounts you may have or may open in the future which are found in violation of the Operating Agreement terms may be closed and advertising fees withheld without notification.

Thank you for your understanding and best of luck in the future.

Best regards,

Gary - Associates Account Specialist

you are not talking about small amounts here. why do you need anyone here to tell you and go ahead and talk to a lawyer? you should do this immediately.

You will need to clarify this a bit, I for one don't get it.

Where you buying from yourself? If that's the case, that's completely retarded.

Man, I Told you what you needed to do, I did NOT just post for no Reason,,I post from EXPERIENCE,,,

There is NOTHING, or NO ONE who you are going to talk/E-Mail that will undo ANY part of this, simply because amazon feels that the account holders personal information id is FRADULENT, and the the ONLY person who will convince them otherwise is an Attorney who represents YOU, an Attorney who contacts them by phone of registered correspondance,,,,,,,

Now you can keep on playing and posting on the site here if you prefer, but it will get you NOWHERE,,,the kind of money that they are holding of yours going by your posts DEMANDS that you hire an Attorney Immediatly,,,I Know legal fees are costly, but believe me you have NO CHOICE,,,

I rest my case,,,,do as you please

My customer metrics were litterally flawless, fast shipping and 31 5 out of 5 feedbacks which is at least 1 out of 3 sales and may be closer to 1 out of 2

No returns, no claims no nothing like that.
