All Amazon sellers are required to provide a valid credit card for use with their seller account. Failure to update this information could result in cancellation of your selling account.

i got this message because credit card on file was declined, how soon i will be suspended if i don't update credit card on file?

I think you have to update it by the next disbursement date or charge date.
