[HELP]Your information did not pass Bank Account Detail validation

when I add my new bank account, it's show error message:

Anyone know what happens with my account?. I'm sure all bank info are correct. Thank you!

you get this MSG when you add the bank account or when you try to verify it?

This is for AZ and with AZ you have to enter it during the registration.

With A mazon you DON'T NEED to enter bank account during registration an account nor try to open a seller account

I'm sure routing number correct, may i reached max limit bank per account? (I added many bank before because they were locked)

You need to document everything when you open an account. Never and never reused the bank account that was prev used. For me with the bank no longer good, I will close it.
