SSN Address question

I posted this question before and was told it was answered a bunch of times already and locked. I have looked over the forum and can't find (or find conflicting info) on this situation. Sorry if I misse it but I want to feel safe. Please take the time to answer

My account has my GF's name, with an address from the UPS Store that was never associated with my account.

Now I need to provide her tax info to Amazon, which shes fine with, but I don't know what address to use. Her real address is linked with my other account, hence opening up the UPS Store box. Should I use her REAL address or the UPS store address, which I used to register the Amazon account? It does have her name on it and her CC statements go there. Does Amazon see/use this info? Its doesn't ask what kind of address. Home Address, Mailing address, doesn't say.
