Advice on Run and Gun Method

I am thinking of doing one account as the 'run and gun' method in the ghost book.

I have a TON of inventory that I need to get rid of and although I am going to set up at least one acccount where I have a slow and steady... the fact remains I have a ton of inventory left over from when they closed my other account.

My question is this...

1)If I create an account, but all stealth info of some out of the air person (since I know it will get shut down prob quick) and with real address but not mine, etc... when it does get suspsended could I just then change it to my real information and if so, how long to wait to do so?

Also...

2)Anyone know if I can use a DFS gift card as my credit card or should I just get a VCC that everyone talks about?

And last one...

3)How long do these types of accounts usually last... hours, days, weeks??

Any help would be FANTASTIC!

For amazon?
You probably wont get your money at all.
As soon as you add your bank account to transfer, you might get deleted.
They have been shutting down accounts left and right.

Run & Gun is not the problem.

It's not as viable as it used to be given the changes amazon is making.

Ask yourself, based on the fact you said you have heaps of inventory to SELL what are you going to do when amazon deletes that account & holds the funds for ages?

Does not make run & gun ideal imo :boink:

If I know I will get the funds in 90 days it would make it worth it. Cause it would take me longer to sell that the other way to make it back. But if they delete it, then no it wouldn't make it worth it-- since they would keep the money LOL. BLeh!!

jojo2012 09-12-2012 11:46 AM

I have done about 5 run n gun accounts. The first 4 went well. I just had to wait for money. Last one, not so good. I lost $200.00 in one day. They will not even respond to me. They promise to call or emai me but they just ignore me. No uero item either. Two authentic cell phones. Buyers did not even receive items yet. It got shut down the day after i shpped.

dancnbaby 09-12-2012 11:48 AM

If I don't get the money at all, it is not worth it for me. BUT if it takes 90 days to get it would.

Do you know what the difference is with your last account vers the others?? Was there a way they linked you somehow?

Artann 09-12-2012 03:56 PM

It depends on many things, but AZ is known to delete accounts lately. I believe they delete accounts when they fund a link. like the same checkin account

dancnbaby 09-12-2012 04:31 PM

I remember readin somehwere in this forum that you could do that so you didn't burn another checking account... so that no longer remains true then??

Why do people miss the point when they think their idea is so crash hot?

amazon is holding funds forever for some account.

FOREVER....FOREVER...

The method is not as good as it was

incniu 09-12-2012 06:53 PM

For that, ebay is way better.. than amazon..

I am not going to chance it, but it is something I read on this forum (cannot remember how old the post was though) so I am glad I asked!

To date, I'm putting the figure of funds retained by amazon for different users as coming very close to $100,000.

Run and gun should be a last resort

They are holding around $1,200 of my funds, over a year now. I gave up and moved on. I dont sell on AZ anymore.

rsot 09-13-2012 06:24 AM

AZ is dangerous for expecting funds to be available these days

incniu 09-13-2012 07:06 AM

Never leave over $500 at amazon.... Stealth should not donate $$$ to amazon

GreenBean 09-13-2012 07:18 AM

HA! Stealth users should always only donate to THEMSELVES :pound:

Yeah this is kind of hard with the new accounts where you can withdraw only every 2 weeks :mad2:

Amazon is a dangerous place to play the 90 day game.
Amazon has gotten worse about deleting accounts since then.

Here is my experience back in 2011:

So do you have one of those Amazon accounts that has matured its 90 days?
Did the deposit NOT arrive on time?

Here is the reason why.......

For a while there I was running "Turn-N-Burn" accounts like there was no tomorrow.
I would run 4-5 at a time and then after a few days they would get suspended.
Those of us that do Amazon understand this.
Your account gets suspended, you go in and load a bank account on the suspended Amazon account.
Then in 90-100 days your money gets deposited into your account.
No big deal.... Right?...... Wrong

When my total balance of locked accounts added up to over 45K I stopped selling until some of my money made it home.
So I had right at 40 accounts maturing at this time ALL with the same bank account number on them.
When my floating Amazon balance made it down to about 25K the automated Amazon deposits stopped.
So I started sending emails to their email address payments-funds@amazon.com then whatever account I emailed about got deposited into my bank account.
When my balance crossed the 20K the emails stopped getting answered and the deposits completely stopped.
I am thinking WTF is going on here.
Amazon has over 18K of my money sitting there and they are not giving it to me.
From my point of view they are stealing it.

I have posted in the past about the 3 different types of Amazon accounts:
See Link in my Signature
A Suspended Account
A Blocked Account
A Deleted Account

Today I learned that there was a FOURTH type of account.
A On Hold Account
This is an account that has already been Suspended then Blocked then Deleted.
The lady I spoke with today told me me that my account was on hold.
That it never came out of the 90 day $$ hold.
She told me that she would add notes to my account and expedite through the account review team.
I should receive an email from Amazon within 24 hours.

I will believe when I see it.

So at this point in my Amazon game I have a little over 18K locked up in 29 different accounts
16 of them have been Blocked for 90 days of longer and I have not received ANY payouts from these accounts.

At this point I am almost ready to write off the 18K as a loss.

The accounts never paid off.
Then I tried it with different bank accounts for each Amazon account.
After I lost another 14K I STOPPED.

So you can take that advice or not.........

Artann 09-13-2012 09:10 PM

good story man and right to the point. people think "run and gun" should just shoot themselves in the head:attention:

incniu 09-13-2012 09:18 PM

THE worst thing is "you cannot even login in "

How could amazon disgustingly do that?? I am moving most back to EBAY... =}

People, like myself, think about it because IT IS IN THE GUIDE! So stop talkin' about people like they are ignorant, when it is something that was sold to us and suggested. If it is outdated then they need to update it!

Glad I asked. Thanks for the post about what happened to you- and sorry it did happen!

using same bank # was pretty dangerous, i can say u can make it op if you use different bank# but make sure your first disb succeed before your big payday, im saying that coz amazon sometimes never delete your acc and u think its safe however its already on the hook
