1099k question -
 

if they lock your account and you were above the limit - how do you get your 1099 if you provided a phake address?

do you still need to file? difficult if you didnt save the sales records especially if there were returns involved...

also, the stealth accounts that went over and suspended/locked... do i just go back into the account if they are still available and fill the tax interview with my legitimate SSN?

You get 1099 by mail plus you have an option to download it. But if you used a stealth address that you don't have access to it might turn against you. If the people return it back and most people do since it is a government document address to someone else there could be complications for you. This is probably one of the reasons why the book says to use an address that you can access.

I'm not sure about the rest.

you are asking for trouble with all your illegal stuff and the IRS.. you should NEVER give IRS ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info they will know exactly who you are and how to get in contact with you at the correct location..

i wasnt saying giving the IRS faux info but rather if the account blew past the 20k/200 limit then got locked and you didnt enter anything then what happens?
as in you dont have a chance to go back to enter your info...

I don't recall amazon ever stating that your account would be locked after approaching 200/20,000 sales. If I'm not mistaken, your account does get reported after reaching those numbers.

It is up to you how you go about reporting to IRS. Being stealth, amazon doesn't know who you are but the bank account # associated with account the IRS would have no problems finding who you are.

Going by ALL your posts, you must start reading and learning quickly.

You have some inaccurate ideas of what is the correct methods.
