Should I call a lawyer for this one?
 

My stealth FBA account with $18000 in frozen cash and $30,000 in inventory was just deleted by Amazon
Yesterday I called in to have a removal order done for my inventory so I can sell it elsewhere, but today I tried to log in to see what the status is, they deleted the account... what the hell is this?

I did put in a good bank account number in there...

That is $50000 gone...

The account was suspended earlier last month

So you account was firstly suspended? Then deleted?

If stealth, how can you get money back , since the account is NOT under your name?

The bank account I put is under my name... after they suspended it.

Were you linked somehow?

I would keep calling. Sqeeky wheel gets oiled. Maybe a letter from a lawyer will help, but like incniu said if not in your name, how can you? Unless it was a LLC...

if i got linked then what happens?

Instead of what ifs, why this etc, read the posts in this part of the forum about deleted accounts & funds being held.

You need to find ALL the info to determine what to do.

It's a complex issue. Choosing legal representation is your choice and yours alone.

I would just add to what GB said, that if you find youself asking the question

"Do you think I need a lawyer?"

and the amount of money involved is $50,000...

Then, the answer is probably YES.

if you are asking if you need a lawyer with that kind of $ involved then you probably shouldn't be dealing with that kind of $. not meant to be an insult but i think very constructive criticism
